Zelux is Westlake Plastics’ family of Polycarbonate (PC) materials. Zelux is a transparent engineering thermoplastic with excellent dimensional stability, strength, and rigidity, with service temperatures up to 250F. Westlake offers standard machine and window grades. Additionally, we have developed Zelux GS for Life Science applications as well as Zelux CN-P and SD-P grades to meet specific dielectric requirements.

    Zelux CN-P is a conductive Polycarbonate (PC). It is a carbon powder-filled polycarbonate with surface resistivity dry (105 – 107 ohm/sq.). Zelux CN-P has low outgassing properties, high flexural strength and good thermal stability to 270F. CN-P is UL94 V-0 rated at .030″ and is thermoformable.
