Pomalux® WM

Pomalux® WM POMc Polyoxymethylene copolymer has excellent mechanical, electrical, and wear properties and is good choice for many bearing and wear applications since it has low coefficient of friction and wears well in both wet and dry environments. Natural (off-white), black and select colors of Pomalux WM are made from POMc resins that are USP VI and ISO 10993 tested and are suitable for use in in certain types of medical devices and pharmaceutical applications. Contact your local Westlake Plastics representative for specific regulatory declarations. Westlake Plastics manufactures all Pomalux POMc extruded & compression molded sheets, plates, and rods in accordance with ASTM D6100. This specification covers requirements and test methods for the material, dimensions, workmanship and the properties of the semi-finished shapes.
