Pomalux SD-A is non-carbon-filled, permanently static-dissipative acetal co-polymer, which is non-migratory and non-humidity dependent. Natural in color, this material offers enhanced lubricity, provides superior wear resistance, and ease of machining. Exhibiting low outgassing and non-sloughing characteristics, it is optimal for applications where third body carbon transfer cannot be accepted.
Propylux CN-F is conductive polypropylene that contain non-sloughing, carbon fiber filled material with good chemical resistance, high strength and stiffness, and good temperature resistance to 250°F. This material is light weight, easily machined and fabricated, and has good overall mechanical properties.
Propylux CN-P is a conductive polypropylene. It is a carbon powder filled, lightweight material with good chemical resistance, has low water absorption. As it contains carbon powder for efficacy, it is not considered ideal for clean room environments. Propylux is approximately 30% lighter weight than Pomalux.

Thermalux Polyethersulfone (PESU) An amber colored, semi-transparent, high performance engineering thermoplastic that combines good chemical resistance with a high heat deflection temperature (204°C / 399°F), making it a good fit for food service applications. This resin is also inherently flame retardant for use in electronic components and testing devices.

TPX Polymethylpentene (PMP) is a unique crystalline thermoplastic known to have the lowest density of any commercial grade polymer available at 0.82 g/cc. Its typical color is a semi-opaque milky white, however Westlake Plastics can now offer this material in transparent grade in thinner gauges.
Ultra Ethylux High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is one of the most widely utilized thermoplastics due to its relative low cost, weight/density, and range of properties. Although not recommended for high load, Westlake Plastics offers a normalized grade which enhances stress relief characteristics for applications requiring more extensive machining.
Zelux CN-P is a conductive Polycarbonate (PC). It is a carbon powder-filled polycarbonate with surface resistivity dry (105 – 107 ohm/sq.). Zelux CN-P has low outgassing properties, high flexural strength and good thermal stability to 270F. CN-P is UL94 V-0 rated at .030″ and is thermoformable.
Zelux M is a Machine grade Polycarbonate (PC). Zelux M is a transparent engineering thermoplastic with excellent dimensional stability, strength, and rigidity, with service temperatures up to 250F. This material has good insulating properties and is flame resistant. Zelux is easy to fabricate, paint, and glue.
Zelux W is a Window grade Polycarbonate (PC) that is optically clear with excellent dimensional stability, good strength, and stiffness with service temperatures up to 250F. Zelux is often used for structural applications when clarity and impact strength are essential including lenses, manifolds, sight glass, and machine guards.
